Yes! Our doctor can arrange to see you in your private corporate office. We also offer convenient early morning, evening, and weekend appointment times.

We are a fee-for-service practice, which allows us to offer unparalleled levels of service and convenience, extended visits, and direct telephone and email access to our doctor. Payment for house call services can be made via cash, check, Care Credit, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or PayPal. Some patients opt to use their Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRAs), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), or Health Savings Accounts (HSAs).

We have opted out of all insurance networks (including Medicare), and cannot bill your insurance provider directly. We can, however, provide you with an itemized receipt in the form of a Superbill. The Superbill will include all diagnosis codes (ICD-10 codes) and treatment codes (CPT codes). If you have private insurance, you can use these codes to submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement consideration. If you have Medicare, you cannot submit a claim to your insurance company, and must read and sign our Medicare Opt-Out Notice.

Yes. You can download and print our Medical History Form and our HIPPA Privacy Policy Notice. By completing the history form prior to your visit, you can save yourself even more time. If you are enrolled in Medicare, you will need to print and sign our Medicare Opt-Out Agreement. Once you have completed the necessary forms, you can fax or email them back to us at drjulie@drjulielester.com.
